Tim has worked in the Defence sector in Australia for nearly 40 years. He has fulfilled senior roles in the Australian Defence Force, including Commander of the Land Warfare Development Centre, Senior Military Officer at the Defence Science and Technology Group and Chief of Staff positions with US and Allied Forces in the Middle East.

Tim has also worked with major Defence Primes including Hanwha Defence Australia where he was instrumental in writing and implementing the initial country strategy, industry localisation strategy and working with the Victorian Government for the build of the largest Hanwha manufacturing facility outside of Korea. As such, Tim has experience across the Defence Sector in determining what capabilities Defence requires, then working with both Government and Industry to define what is to be delivered and then winning and delivering as part of an industry team.
