Patrick Barclay has broad experience across mining, electricity and oil & gas, helping companies conduct business across borders and productively engage with public policy.

Before joining Dragoman, Patrick worked for KPMG where he advised multinational resource clients on risk management practices, issues pertaining to anti-bribery and corruption, operating models, major projects, and core operational and financial processes. He has also advised government and regulatory bodies in the energy and infrastructure sectors. 

Patrick studied at the University of Queensland and Monash University.
