Mary Delahunty is the founder and Managing Director of Seven Advisory, an ESG consultancy in Melbourne, Australia. From 2013 to 2022 she held various positions at Australian superannuation fund HESTA, including the Head of Impact from 2018 to 2022, developing the fund’s approach to social responsibility and government relations.

She has also served as Mayor of the Glen Eira City Council, Board Member of Reclink Australia, Client Relationships Manager of Link Market Services and Chair of the Ministerial Advisory Council for Gender Equality in the State of Victoria.

Mary is currently a Board Member of The McKell Institute, Emily’s List Australia and The Emergency Services Telecommunication Authority. In 2015, she received the Churchill Fellowship for her research on equity for women in international pension systems.
