Lira Low

Lira Low has extensive experience in international conflict resolution and mediation. She is currently a team member at Geneva Process, a conflict resolution organisation.

She was a diplomat with the Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs focusing on the Middle East from 2010 to 2011 and Project Officer at the Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue from 2011 to 2015, where she worked on peace dialogue processes in the Asia Pacific region from Myanmar to the Philippines.

She is also a psychosocial support specialist and has written about EU public policies on mental health and psychosocial support in conflict-affected populations. 

She has a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of Melbourne and a Master's Degree in Conflict Resolution and Mediation from Tel Aviv University.
