Karen Hooper has spent the past 10 years in Asia, bringing a wealth of expertise in insight-driven strategy with a focus on the tech sector in the region.

Prior to working at Dragoman, Karen worked as a Science and Innovation Policy Lead for the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, which advises political leaders and governments on how to address some of the most difficult challenges in the world today.

She holds an MBA from INSEAD and degree in Chinese studies from Dartmouth College.
