Jade Evans - Director of Middle East & Africa

Jade Evans is a strategy specialist with extensive experience in the Middle East and Africa region with both the private and public sector organisations.

Jade is an expert in developing and implementing large scale strategies and projects that drive economic growth, with nearly 20 years of experience in managing complex projects across the public and private sectors in more than 20 countries including the Middle East, Australia, the Asia Pacific region, the United States and Africa. She has led economic growth, strategy design and leadership and change practices for large consulting companies, including as a Senior Manager and Project Director for the Palladium Group in Saudi Arabia and across the region and as the Managing Director of A.D. Executive Consultants in the UAE. Through these positions and more, Jade has cultivated extensive experience as a strategic thinker with the ability to develop a vision for an organisation while also delivering pragmatic solutions to complex social and economic issues with a range of stakeholders.

Through her experience, she has built strong and credible relationships with the most senior government officials and leaders of the private sector in the Middle East, Africa and Australia. Her experience working with governments and the private sector has given Jade a unique understanding of the intricacies of the various ecosystems required to drive outcomes such as international trade, economic development, job creation and capacity building, as well as issues faced by governments, organisations and individuals when driving economic growth and transformation. She has designed and implemented numerous programs for the public and private sector focused on key aspects of economic growth such as business growth, private sector transformation, SME development, labour market transformation, employment strategies, government effectiveness and export promotion.
