Andrew is the founder of Guberno Consulting whose primary purpose is to help Executive teams navigate to their full potential and in particular to develop and execute growth strategies.

Andrew founded Guberno after 30 years business operating experiences in leading Australian corporations. He operated in Executive teams filling a range of strategy, development, improvement, and business leadership roles. The global nature of Andrew’s accountabilities enabled him to build a strong track record of operating businesses and completing growth transactions in a diverse range of cultural and business operating settings. Andrew has operated at senior levels in different industry segments including; mining, mining services, manufacturing, chemicals, construction, construction materials, logistics and property development. Andrew has lived and worked in a number of locations in Australia, USA and UK.

Throughout his career, Andrew has assembled a range of key capabilities. These include; a strategic mindset gained from dedicated strategy and development roles in Rio Tinto, Boral and Orica, commercial and financial acumen that has come from leading large profit and loss businesses and completing a range of commercial transactions, stakeholder management that comes from being a Chair of Joint Venture Board and interacting with Corporate Board of Directors over many years, and finally technology development and execution that comes from applying new technology effectively in operating businesses.
