Dragoman was engaged by a multi-national petrochemical company to conduct a pre-investment, non-financial risk assessment of a joint-venture opportunity with a state-owned company.
As part of this initial assessment, Dragoman conducted a series of in-country engagements to assess the investment climate, operations and ethics of the partner, political environment and regional risk dynamics. Dragoman delivered a report to the company’s board and senior leadership team.
The company proceeded with the investment and built the largest complex in the region. The company continues to retain Dragoman to provide advisory and strategic support globally.
