Dragoman was engaged by a mining company regarding an acquisition that included assets in Cote d’Ivoire. The mining company was not experienced in West Africa and hired Dragoman to conduct a due diligence exercise on the in-country partner, undertake stakeholder mapping and assess the in-country and regional risk factors.
Dragoman’s analysis and advisory support assisted the mining company when it formally took over the running of the operation – an operation that it continues to run to date.
Dragoman participated in the post-acquisition integration team to ensure the value of the acquisition was captured.
