Dragoman was engaged by an US based multinational company to provide an economic, social and political overview of three significant sub-Saharan countries: Mozambique, South Africa and Zimbabwe.
This involved in-depth research to define and evaluate the comparative challenges and opportunities, including specific issues for business in the region. Dragoman performed a detailed scenario analysis, assessed the relative probabilities, and defined metrics which were used by the client to monitor developments.
Dragoman provided the client with a scoreboard with which to monitor developments. The measures included the sourcing of data to independently verify assumptions.
