Dragoman was engaged by a Fortune 50 technology company to advise them on a major political crisis in Australia, after the company failed to deliver an important government contract, which publicly embarrassed the Prime Minister. This resulted in the company being black-banned from winning government tenders. Dragoman developed a strategy to repair the company’s relationships with key elements of the Government and to positively resolve the crisis. This included shaping the client’s engagement and offering to rebuild trust, take ownership of the crisis and deliver important political and policy outcomes for the Government. The client was able to tender and win significant contracts the following years as a trusted partner.
